Revocation instructions

A consumer can only cancel the contract or order if the product (s) is/are damaged upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel this contract within 2 days of receiving the goods if the product is damaged or not the same as the ordered item. The cancellation period starts on the date you or your designated representative, excluding the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@bellcarts.com with a clear statement, such as an email, about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can electronically fill out and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear declaration on our website at https://bellcarts.com/contact. If you choose this option, we will immediately (e.g. by email) send you a confirmation of receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Refund to the Consumer

If you cancel this contract, we will immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, we will deduct any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard lowest-cost option. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of their return, whichever happens first.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of the contract cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return, but only liable for any diminished value of the goods beyond what was necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
